St Alberto Hurtado (Luis Alberto Hurtado Cruchaga) commonly known as Father Hurtado was a Chilean Jesuit priest, who founded the Home of Christ: October 23, 2005 was declared a saint by Pope Benedict XVI, he is considered the patron of workers.
Padre Hurtado Chile is very important because he founded the Hogar de Cristo, a place they are poor and can stay and eat, not to be at the open of the dangerous streets, also one of the few characters who Chilean been declared saints by the Vatican and the Pope.
